There is a picnic area with charcoal grills, a fire pit for nightly campfires, a swim raft and fishing boats.  We also have a modern launch for those who would like to bring their own ski/fishing boat. However, there is no boat slip available.

The Alpine Village of Gaylord, Michigan continues to excel in tourist attractions.  The Big Buck Brewery, the Call of the Wild Museum with a family putt-golf range and car racing, the Sportsplex building (featuring an ice skating rink and public pools) are just a few of the new attractions. Many lakes and state parks surround Gaylord.  There are several rivers to canoe, twenty championship golf courses in the area, as well as various shops downtown.
